All donated artworks will be on view in the gallery and on our website from May 12-May 27.
For those who cannot attend the Auction, remote and proxy bids on all lots can be placed in person or by email until 12pm on Wednesday, May 27.

To place a bid in White Columns 2026 Benefit Auction, you must first register to bid online using the Bidder Registration Form. We can also help you register to bid in person at the gallery.
The Benefit Auction will take place on the evening of May 27. If you are unable to attend the Benefit Auction on May 27, you can view the donated artworks at the gallery or on our website beginning on May 12. Remote and proxy bids on all Live and Silent Lots can be placed in person at the gallery or via email up until 12pm on Wednesday, May 27.
For Silent Auction Lots, you can place in-person, remote or proxy bids at the gallery or by email anytime until 12pm on May 27. Bidding on Silent Lots begins on May 12 and continues throughout the event on the evening of May 27. We can provide status updates for bids placed on Silent Auction Lots until 12pm on May 27.
For Live Auction Lots (identified by the word ‘Live’ before their lot number), proxy bids can be placed in-person at the gallery or by email until 12pm on May 27. All bidding on Live Auction Lots occurs during the event the evening of May 27, and you will be represented by our staff up to the amount of your proxy bid.
To place a remote or proxy bid by email, please contact bid@whitecolumns.org with the following information about the work you are interested in:
1) Artist name
2) Lot number
3) Your bidder number
4) Your maximum bid
Bidding increases in increments of $100.
Please note, bids are not placed on or through our website.
All bids, both those placed in person or online, are registered in the order they are received. We do not offer phone bidding during the Live Auction. There is no buyer’s premium.
We will contact everyone who has placed a remote or proxy bid with the results by 6pm on Thursday, May 28.
