The twelfth release from ‘The Sound of White Columns’ is by Karl Holmqvist, a Swedish artist and poet currently based in Berlin. Borrowing pop lyrics blended with poetry, this spoken-word record runs the gamut of love anthems by iconic New York performers. Holmqvist was previously featured in The White Columns’ Poetry Project, considering the dialogue between visual art and literary forms.
