Exhibition Description

In the old sidewalk elevator shaft at the foot of the stairs to the basement, the Acconci performed a work which involved holding roosters close to his body and thereby becoming a cover or container for them. There were mirrors on the walls of the shaft. The piece lasted for six hours.
